Is DeepSheets sold separately?

No. DeepSheets is one of the products inside the DeepOne Workspace. When you start a trial you get DeepSheets plus the rest of the DeepOne suite — DeepDocs, DeepTasks, DeepMail, and more.

How does pricing work across the suite?

Pricing is per seat on the DeepOne Workspace, not per product. You pay once, and every product is switched on. We'll walk you through exact per-seat pricing on your trial call.

Can I upgrade later without losing data?

Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Business to Enterprise is a one-click change inside the workspace settings. All your tables, rows, and history move with you.

What happens at the end of a trial?

Your workspace stays. We'll give you 14 days to decide whether to convert to a paid plan. If you don't, the workspace moves to read-only — nothing is deleted for 90 days.

Is DeepAccess™ included on every tier?

Yes. DeepAccess™ is a platform-wide standard, not a feature. Every plan — including Starter — gets every profile, every accessibility control, and every plain-language behavior. Non-negotiable.

Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
